Living with garden
This project represents a strategy that responds to the contextual environment and allows maximum qualitative exploitation of the site.
The interpolation and closing of the urban gap is taken up as the theme of the concise design of the façade front with its arcading. In order to implement the given program, which is essentially characterized by the majority of small apartments, a solution was chosen that allows many south or southeast oriented apartments, which are associated with a green garden.

Vienna University of Technology - Assembly Hall
Last week the first graduation after the lockdown took place in the Kuppelsaal of the TU Vienna. This time the Sub Auspiciis promotions were awarded with the help of Mayor Ludwig.
In summer 2009, the construction work of the renovation area Mittelrisalit was completed. As part of this renovation, the auditorium was restored to its original floor plan and made light and permeable through generous openings facing Resselpark and Courtyard 1.

AK Kunstprojekte

Living at Mühlbachquartier, Construction Site Report
Construction work in the Mühlbach Ost Residential Quarter is progressing. The entire construction site covers an area of 1.5 hectares and is scheduled for gradual handover from spring 2022. A total of 330 flats were planned by us here and realised together with the developers "WET Group" and "Alpenland".
