The building is designed with at least one basement, ground floor, 4 upper floors and an attic or, depending on the garage variant, with one or two basements. The access to the underground car park is possible from Friedmanngasse or Gaullachergasse. In order to optimally design the supermarket located on the ground floor, the entrances of the building were placed on the side streets. To provide access to the residential floors, two variants were planned (pergola on the courtyard side or inside). Depending on the variant there are 36 - 44 apartments with 63 to max. 65 parking spaces.

The standard floors (OG 1-OG 4) consist of maisonettes (3 rooms) and flats (2, 3, 4 or 5 rooms). The parts facing Friedmanngasse and Gaullachergasse contain multi-storey apartments. The DG consists exclusively of spacious multi-storey apartments. On the first floor there are also common areas (children's playroom and laundry room)
