Concept
The rethinking of the urban structure of the market town of Lenzing is based on the overlapping of the existing architectural structure of the surroundings and the open and public space as a source of identity.
In this sense, we recognized the topographical elements, the terrain edge, as a quality of the area and emphasized them by creating a kind of emphasized topography which is determined by elements such as: sloping green roof landscape, forecourt, playgrounds, playgrounds, meeting points, and paths.
The two-storey compact structure is inserted into the terrain and forms an artificial edge of the terrain, which gives the area a new spatial quality.
