The building is planned as a "site community" for several school types, with separate teaching and administrative areas, but with a large number of jointly used rooms and common gymnastics and sports areas. The main building consists of a basement, a ground floor and two upper floors. The central hall on the ground floor is given a room height of 6.08m in the courtyard area up to the lower edge of the supporting structure made of steel framework. This creates a better usable area for events, whereby the gallery on the 1st floor can also be included.
