1st Prize, Competition

The project was selected by the jury in a limited architectural competition as the prize winner and recommended for further work.
The project consists of an extension perpendicular to the existing building, which connects the two buildings of the existing building stock and forms a closed whole with them.
The four-storey extension in the rear part of the plot ends in a single-storey construction on top of the existing building.
This single-storey structure forms a significant structure above the entrance, which projects in front of the escape of the existing building and thus formulates a clear sign for the entrance.
